Fried Chicken and "Nasi Uduk"

        Helloooo :D

Last day, I went to “Puas” to buy some food. There is a restaurant with fried chicken and a rice that we call it “nasi uduk”. It is in Godean Street 4,5 km, actually is on the west of gasoline pump. About its place, I think is not bad enough, yeah, its comfortable. The owner name is Mrs. Hardi. She is really low person, friendly, nice, and I think she loved to laugh.

Mrs. Hardi started her restaurant at least two years ago. Actually, its her mom recipes and she have a restaurant at Kebun Kacang Pasar Gandaria Tanah Abang. Mrs. Hardi said that she tried to make the fried chicken and nasi uduk for long time. You know, its try and error. Yeah, I think because is a family recipe, she need to make it as well as her mom made.

Mrs. Hardi and her husband opened their restaurant only at night, start from 6.00 p.m. until 9.30 p.m. Everyday, she can make at least 35 portions of nasi uduk and fried chicken. There is not just a fried chicken, but also a tofu and fermented soybean cake called “tempe”. She need at least ten chicken to cooked and three kilograms of rice. Then, she said, the hard things of being entrepreneur is when every price of the chicken spices growing up high.

You know what? I really loved this food!! Spicy and really delicious!! I Loved the sauce too, it have three kind of sauce, it is: peanut sauce, green chili sauce, and red chili sauce. When you wanted to taste a peanut sauce, there is one thing that you must not forget. You can give it a lime distillation, and it gonna shake your tongue, lol,
hahaha.

Sadly, i forget about the price. Umm, if you want to know it, its better you visit this place. Ask your friends or family to accompany ;)
